Hi,

I've got a brand new Dell Latitude 5400 Laptop, with a webcam that
isn't working.
I've already tried all the quirks in the uvcvideo module, but none of
them worked, unfortunately.

With the files that I'm sending with this message, you will be able to
see the specifics of the device.

If I can do another tests to help you guys, please let me know.

It would be nice if anybody can point me to right direction, regarding
contributions of code and debugging, so I can be able to "scratch my
on itch".
