[linux-uvc-devel] New uvc device id

Hi

I've just bought a Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD webcam which is reported by
lsusb as ID 045e:0812, which doesn't seem to be on anyone's id lists.
(incidentally, I have two other Microsoft Lifecam Cinema HD cameras
(allegedly identical models) that are reported as ID 045e:075d).
Please advise what further information you need (if any)
