New camera from Shenzhen.

Camera is detected fine, driver loads with some errors, settings may
be queried and changed, however video or frame capture fails with
"VIDIOC_STREAMON: failed: Input/output error" and dmesg seems to
suggest some sort of bandwidth issue.

Suggestions appreciated.
