#7 Making device just one time

If there would be an option in pktsetup to create
device in /dev/pktcdvd/ permamently. Now if i try to
mount again using same created device in /dev/pktcdvd/
i have an error message about not valid block.... and i
would like to just mount the udf-cdrw without everytime
su -c 'pktsetup device /dev/dvd' to just create the
device which is one use only.
