#15 false - change attributes flag(s) cleared

Tested with UDF formated DVD+RW and UDF version 2.01.
Adding and deleting/changing files works under LInux, but not under Windows 7.
Apparently the "change attributes" flags of the files created under Linux are all
cleared, so they cannot be modified anymore - at least not by a system which
honors these flags (also reported by Nero InCD with advanced UDF attributes
enabled).
Seems to me this is the wrong way round. If the "change attributes" flag was
set files could be deleted/modified under Windows (and others) as well...
