#56 Wrong udf fs recognision by hal

I recently formatted a DVD-RAM with reiserfs just to see if
it works. As everything was working as expected, i
changed back to udf (with mkudffs). However, automatic
filesystem recognition by HAL doesn´t recognize the UDF
fs and still insists that there is reiserfs. I had to zero at least
64KB of the DVD-RAM before creating the UDF fs to let
hal think it´s an UDF fs.
