The problem is that most users don't like or want to give away his/her identity thus they prefer to stay anonymous on the forum. If they are forced then I'm afraid they won't report problems. A two way forum, mailing list gateway would be nice but SF can't do it. Probably the missing list->forum way could be scripted but who has the time for it ... But perhaps somebody already did it for other projects? I wouldn't be completely surprised :) Szaka |
