Ah. We might well have things in the code that will break c++. I doubt
very much that naming the structs and unions is going to help you but you
are welcome to try for yourself. The ntfsprogs are strictly C, no C++
allowed or supported I am afraid...

Just out of interest what errors do you get and what is the file you are
trying to compile? I would like to see the problem for myself. (-:
