Hi,

ntfs_mapping_pairs_build in ntfsprogs is broken for sparse and compressed
files. If one used it for multiply runs with holes in between them then the
result is minimum lost data.

Fix attached for 1.8.0 but should apply to 1.9-devel as well. It works fine
now for all non-resident attributes [decode(mp) = decode(encode(decode(mp)))] 
on all tested images.
