Thanks that did it.  I had the wrong RPM.  It works GREAT NOW!!!!  I am =
about to try and have lilo boot the NTFS drive next just for kicks and =
grins..

  You've installed the wrong rpm.  Uninstall it

    rpm -e kernel-ntfs

  and read the instructions.  They tell you which rpm you need
