[Linux-NTFS-Dev] unable to install - reboot and select kernel

I try and install the rpm for NTFS support and I get the following error.  I 
am not sure how I do what is expected.  Can anyone help.  This is 
kernel-ntfs-2.4.20-20.8.i386.rpm my kernel version as listed at the boot up 
screen is 2.4.20-20.8
NTFS version is XP
