Hmm, tricky. The higher-level ones will always rely on the lower, so
it's a question of whether anyone, outside our group, will ever need the
low level routines.

For the moment, my focus is the utils. Driver write support is
definitely the most requested feature to add, but it will take a long
time.
However, having a working resize and defrag, allows new people to start
using Linux.
The two things benefit different groups.
