Only $Boot. $MFTMirr can be moved. My private ntfsresize can move it
without problems. I'm just doing some cosmetic work and intensive
regression before submitting a huge amount of changes to do the most
general data relocations what people usually would like to be supported by
ntfsresize. So they will not need to defrag NTFS, turn off VM, etc at all
(usually Windows defrag doesn't help anyway) and the volume can be shrunk
to even smaller.

No need. VMWare can undo the changes and/or ntfsclone could be also used
if you use raw partition.
