Hi all,
I've just hacked together "ntfsmove", a precursor to ntfsdefrag.
I wouldn't recommend using it yet, since it's not got any error
checking.
However, if you were to use it, you might see results like:
http://flatcap.org/ntfs/move_before.png
http://flatcap.org/ntfs/move_after.png
This is the result of running ntfsmove on 162 files. NT didn't notice
and md5sums on all the files came out correctly.
I've committed all the source to the ntfsprogs-devel bitkeeper
repository and made available a snapshot of the source.
bk clone bk://linux-ntfs.bkbits.net/ntfsprogs-devel

Cheers,
FlatCap (Rich)
