All the NTFS source is under the GPL, so you are welcome to use it and
extend it as long as it remains open-source and still GPL'd.

There's lots of documentation (online and in the source) and you're
welcome to ask any technical questions in this list.

As for help, I afraid I don't have enough time to work on this project,
let alone another.
