ntfsresize supports volume enlargement, I made an updated statically
linked binary at

Thanks Anton for merging the updates into BK. I'll resync asap.

I also have a comment about versioning the source snapshots. At
present it's non-existent. This ends up everybody refers to version
1.6.99. So I added '<date>s' to my ntfsresize snapshots, like
v1.6.99-20030111s, last 's' means ntfsresize-static.
