Ok, so I lied, I did have time and did some more work. Now resident
attributes can be resized both up and down (up to the size of the mft
record) and the attributes are checked against the minimum and maximum
allowed size by looking at the attribute definitions of the volume
(i.e. $AttrDef system file).
Seems to work well in my testing. Comments welcome.
