Hmm... I've just booted in that kernel and the module installs
and works OK. But you don't want to hear that :-)
Hopefully you've read the instructions and made sure you have
the correct module. If not, erase (rpm -e) the old one or
force (rpm --force -Uhv...) the new one.
Alternatively: RedHat have just released a new kernel for 8.0
which fixes a few security problems. Download that and try the
matching module from my RedHat page.
