Oh IC, I looked at the website and stuff and found the tool for accessing
software raid stuff listed as "not yet started" and also goggled a bit. It
might be worth advertising on the sourceforge project page that you can
read windows software raid'ed disks under linux, you might well have done
I just missed it but I did make the effort to look :)

The reading under 2k is not really a great problem as one of the disks
failed shortly afterwards but that is useful to know.
