[Linux-NTFS-Dev] docs and dots

Hi all,

It's of interest to very few of you, but I converted the manual pages
(of the linux ntfs tools) to html and put them online.

I've also created "dotty" files for the function call hierarchy for
the NTFS library, the NTFS driver and the LDM driver.  They are created
directly (and almost automatically) from the source.  There's no need to
run the code to determine call paths.
