We know about the book. I, at least, own a copy and assimilated all the
information from the book into the Sourceforge Linux-NTFS project (see
Sourceforge CVS: linux-NTFS/include/attrib.h , mft.h , bootsect.h ,
ntfs_rec.h).
The documentation you refer to is based on an old set of documents and is
hence tremendously out of date but it is being worked on to make it up to
date. This will of course take some time...
