Thanks. If I'm going to be looking at these documents a lot, I don't
want every other word to be blue and underlined. When ALL the links
are in place, you should be able to click on almost anything.

Absolutely. But most of the information was in people's heads
or buried in source code.

[Note: Anton has taken every SDK, API in existance and distilled
them into attrib.h, well worth a read]
Yes. I've got to to go through attrib.h very carefully. That
will take quite a while. I've also got to re-read my 'decode' files.
Hundreds of Kb of annotated hex dumps (dating back to mid '96).

I had a trial play on SourceForge. The documentation system
doesn't seem to allow sub-directories. Furthermore it eats
any colour scheme you have. I'll put them under CVS control
when I've finished attrib.h
