[Linux-NTFS-Announce] New mailing list: Linux-NTFS-User

I have created a new mailing list:

	Lin...@li...

As a replacement for the Linux-NTFS Forums (Help and Open Discussion).

All posts to the forums will automatically be sent to the mailing list
as well but not vice versa, i.e. posts to the mailing list will not show
up on the forums.
