Do this in Vista:
Windows key + "R" (brings up run prompt)
Type:
cmd (then click ok or press return)
On the command prompt type:
chkdsk c: /f /v /x
Answer "y" to schedule checkdisk after reboot.
Reboot.
Allow chkdsk to run, this will cause a reboot.
Allow it to boot fully and reboot again.
Allow it to boot fully.
Now select "Restart" or "shutdown". Warning do NOT choose "hibernate"
or "suspend" or it won't work.
Now you can install SLES.
Or of course if you want to remove Vista completely simply delete both
partitions and create a new large partition to cover the whole disk
then install Linux on it.
Best regards,
Anton
