[Linux-NTFS-User] Need help for kernel upgradation

Hi,

I'm a new bie to kernel,

I want to update my current kernel, 

Reason: i'm not finding the kernel.2.4.20-6.src.i686.rpm ( source file )

I'm trying to install the Ethernet drivers, broadcomm 440x series
I get error saying kernel source not found.

So either i need new kernel with its source, 
Or
Source files for my 2.4.20-6.i686 kernel.
