Sorry I have no idea at all except what is the output of running the Linux "file" command on the Windows binaries? I only have 32-bit Windows so have no idea what might be displayed on the 64-bit versions... But for example running "file" on OpenSUSE 10.2 against the ntfs.sys from Windows XP SP2 gives me: ntfs.sys: MS-DOS executable PE for MS Windows (native) Intel 80386 32-bit So if you are very lucky file will tell you something like "Windows PE executable x86_64 architecture" and "Windows PE executable ia64 architecture" or something...
