For example, if I have a partition with non-English (Russian) volume label,
ntfslabel shows "_" instead of Russian symbols. With English all is OK.
How can I to get real NTFS partition's volume label under Linux? Don't worry
about encodings, iconv can convert it :)
I know that using in file names and labels non-Latin symbols is very-very bad,
but users do this... and we have to read their labels...
