The FILE header tells me that the array size is 3 words (6 bytes), so the first one is the update sequence number and the next 2 are the fixups! So, even if the latter sector-ends were zero bytes, shouldn't the fixup array contain them? Obviously there's something here I don't understand... please explain in detail if you can.
