You are still not thinking Linux.
ntfsclone does not have such a switch, but that does not matter. you can make
a different utility do the split for you.
There is a utility that simply called "split", but it requires you to store
the files, and you can't do that.
So I have searched around and found the following:
http://mkcdrec.sourceforge.net/
It does exactly what you want: burns a backup of your partition, with a bootability
bonus, but it does not clone ntfs partitions.
It does allow you to archive the ntfs files.
Alternatively you can make it use ntfsclone by changing the scripts (yourself,
a friend or contact the maintainer). that shouldn't be too hard to do (you can
use ntfsclone istead of tar)
