The only thing I can think off is that the module is compiled with the wrong
compiler or that fedora core 2 has introduced patches that make ntfs incompatible
with it. At least the oops doesn't seem to make sense otherwise. Could one
of you compile the ntfs module and preferably the whole kernel themselves on
their fedora core 2 and see if it then works? Otherwise I would need the .s
file from fs/ntfs/super.c to find out where exactly it is oopsing to diagnose
this further.
