Help please.. I downloaded the kernel-ntfs-2.6.5-1.358.i686.rpm and installed.
Everything went fine, /proc/filesystems reveals that ntfs is supported, however
when I do a "fdisk -l" the output shows my ntfs drive filesystem type as SFS.
I didn't personally format the drive a friend did and he swears he did it as
ntfs, and as far as I can remember I haven't seen an SFS option when formatting
a drive in Windows....
Anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I do have the available resources to
offload 60gb of data to re-format this drive so I'm kinda stuck.
Any input greatly appreciated...
Thanks....
