Please take a look at the user-space library.
There are a lot of places that could be fixed.
There are TODO files in the root folder of the archive, but you can also search
for 'todo' inside the files, there are plenty of it.
You don't have to be a kernel programmer!
Any code contributed to the user-space library and suitable for the kernel-space
will be ported.
You also don't have to use CVS or BitKeeper either - there are snapshots done
after every change, and you can submit patches by mail.
There is also the VERY IMPORTENT issue of documentation - both inside the code
and outside it.
Take a look at http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net for links to current documentation,
mailing-list & snapshots.
Every small bit is welcome!
