Hi,
Can you try running some ntfsprog? (ntfsinfo/ntfscat/ntfsls...)
These use a library and does not require kernel support.
pros: let's check it's not a ntfs real problem.
cons: no mount possible
another thing:
(Advertisement) You can also use captive-ntfs for some use-cases. This way you
will also get write support.
I'd like you to try the 1st option first, so we can Isolate the problem and
not ignore it like the 2nd option does.
