Yes bkbits.net seems to be dead since some time yesterday. Snapshots
are now the only thing available until bkbits comes back...

Final immediately. There is always .1 if necessary. The build is
hopefully being tested on various architectures by the Debian build
system by Ender so we should know if it fails somewhere before the final
release.
