Sorry, no. Even if we had the time, it would be extremely difficult to
find out what went wrong, without physical access to the machine.
The 2003 install could have done anything in the range from, deleting
the partition, to stamping all over it. We could spend lots of time
helping one person, just to find that nothing is recoverable.
