First questions: what option to mkntfs did you use? If you did _not_
use the "quick format" option then I am afraid your data is completely
lost as mkntfs goes and writes zeroes onto the entire partition thus
nothing is left that can be recovered.
Let me know if you did run with quick format enabled (option -f or -Q)
in which case it probably can be recovered. But there is no point in me
telling you about how to do it until I know that you used -f or -Q...
