[Linux-mips-kernel] cvs remove

I'm using the ev96100 board for some pci testing, so I'm doing some 
general cleanup of that board.  I'll remove a couple of unneeded ev96100 
files along the way. Is there going to be a problem when we sync up with 
  Ralf if we remove files from the linux-mips tree?
