[Linux-mips-kernel] Cleaner fbdev driver writing

I folks. I placed into CVS a new fbgen whcih will make driver writing much
easier. I have been testing it out on the ARM but I know it will work like
a charm on the mips.

P.S
  I noticed a keyboard driver in CVS. I like to help convert that to the
input api.
