Conversion from CVS to Git

The old CVS repository has been converted to Git using reposurgeon. There are 3 modules in the old repo: Penguin source, kernel source, and website source. The Pengiun source in CVS was merely an incomplete copy of the version 18 source code (see Penguin-18-src.sit on the FTP site) with no change history, so it has been omitted. The mac68k kernel source history has been fully converted, with some messed up tags and branches fixed, and some upstream branches omitted. Now that the Git conversion is finished, the plan is to archive the old CVS repo on the FTP site and remove it from the Sourceforge project.
