lkarmafs-0.2.0 released

Lkarmafs is a GNU-linux user-space filesystem for the Rio Karma (RK) personal digital audio player based on libkarma and FUSE. This release fixes some bugs, adds an option for a directory-structured presentation of playlists and provides a psudo-file to allow changing some options at run-time (i.e., without need to unmount and remount the filesystem).
