I have a nice iSCSI target at the office. I can connect
to it using the iSCSI Initator from my Linux machine at
home. I have a Cable Modem. My thought was I should
be able to copy files from my home machine to the
target at the office -- Slowly but the process should
work. Well the process starts and then the Home Linux
crashes. By crash I mean it is done -- power off. I
suspect the combination of a SLOW link and disk i/o
caching is causing this failure.

What am I missing? I thought your host could be in San
Francisco and your target in New York. This obviously is
not true.

This file copy process work well on the office high speed
network.
