[linux-iscsi-devel] [PATCH] add session estbalished attr

Another patch for the distro version.
This just adds a attr so that someone
can easily tell from usersapce if
the session is estbalished.

I thought we could also make it writable,
so that you can do the drop and shutdown
from there too, but maybe it is nice to
have this simple attr since we did not
go the whole way and expose all the state.

This attr can be used with the iscsi-ls stuff.
