The more I think about it, I'm not sure this is such a good idea.

It would probably be better to keep the default as establishing
one session to a given target with multiple portals in separate
portal groups, and then provide a configurable option (like before)
to allow for multiple sessions to that type of target, and the
use of dm-multipath.

If we don't do that, I'm afraid people are going to get needless
support calls because a default behavior changed on an existing
setup.  Before, people used to get one device entry for each
real device on a multi-ported target, and now they're getting
multiple ones (and they don't know they now need to configure
dm-multipath by default).

Thoughts?
