This patch makes the queuedepth adjustable and lowers the
canqueue. It uses the old device attributes sysfs code, since
this patch is for the distro version which is at 2.6.9.

We took this out becuase we were going to update it to
the new scsi host template API, but 2.6.9 does not have that
backported. We could backport that if someone is worried
about compatibility.
