If any of you guys have come across patches/improvements/etc to
linuxigd which are outside the patch tickets here, then please feel
free to drop them in, or pointers to them; now is a good time.

I'll get some fixes in that I've been working - fixing the interface
byte counters and some security ones I need to write yet and
contribute any worthwhile non-intrusive patches we can find.

Next stop 1.0! (Intrusive patches after 1.0)
