Dirk, I am picking up a thread last updated 2021-10-11 21:33:44 ... I also tried to build and install the linux-gpib driver and ran into problems with the latest code in trunk. I finally got it to work but I had to use the code for 4.3.4 release and the debian source package repository. I updated only the gpib_bitbang.c to the latest trunk version and published a new debian revision tag gpib-4.3.4-1lsi1 <https://github.com/vlvassilev/gpib/commit/5fed6f014e18a9a53f346e0ccfe1c936d13d4f40> with the patch. I have also added a hackster walkthrough with 3 different devices in a GPIB network testing all 3 of them with the updated driver and all installation steps. https://www.hackster.io/lightside-instruments/the-gpib4pi-gpib-for-raspberry-pi-hat-4b3e9a /Vladimir |
