Hi Mathias,
I am afraid you may have a clone, in your dmesg output  usb config
complains about a zero bInterval:

[502787.202833] usb 2-1.1: config 1 interface 0 altsetting 0 endpoint 0x81
has an invalid bInterval 0, changing to 7

We have seen this before  - see

Known genuine NI adaptors have bInterval=2 on their interrupt endpoint

Currently we do not have a fix for this.
