[Linux-gpib-general] gpib0 device missing

Hi

I have installed linux-gpib on my machine (kernel 5.3.0-28 Ubuntu 18.04) 
and /dev/gpib0 is not created after the install of 
linux-gpib-user-4.3.0. What should I do ?
