The explanation is that we ignore the bus analyzer portion of the HS+
and never do anything to initialize it.  It doesn't seem to cause any
problems.  If someone really wanted to fix it, you would have to use a
usb sniffer to reverse engineer how the NI windows driver initializes
the analyzer.
