[Linux-gpib-general] install_mod_path was accidentally removed in 1774

Hello,

Attached is a patch to restore the INSTALL_MOD_PATH argument to
modules_install in the kernel modules Makefile. It looks like this
argument was accidentally removed during the rework in r1774. This
argument is needed to be able to build a Debian package.
